TUESDAY TALKS: If you wrote a book that became a movie, who would be your actors and producer?

So today i’m bringing you a…

This is set up by the wonderful Janie over at Bookworms Buddy, and Janelle at MrsJRodsReads. This really fun-to-do segment is basically, as the name implies, a talk each Tuesday about a book-related topic.

And this week’s topic is:

If you wrote a book that became a movie, who would be your actors and producer?

This is such a hard post to write because it definitely depends on what genre the book was! I’m not too familiar with producers but I think Tim Burton does a weird and wonderful job.

As for actors and actresses, I would be biased and just have to cast Jennifer Lawrence because I effing love her. She can do anything too, from Katniss to Tiffany in The Silver Linings Playbook to a completely different film such as American Hustle!

Jim Carrey is another favourite of mine who would portray a great goofy character. Ace Ventura is my absolute favourite, but then again the Mask is pretty funny too!

Talking of goofy, i’d also cast Johnny Depp because he is so diverse! He can do Captain Jack Sparrow, Willy Wonka, Edward Scissorhands and so much more so he would be great to have,

Another random actor i’d love to have is Michael Caine simply because his accent is so classic and recognisable.

I’ve loved writing this week’s Tuesday Talks because it is a mixture of my two favourite hobbies, reading and films!

That’s it for this week’s Tuesday Talks!

Let me know what upcoming book-to-film adaptations you’re excited for!
